1.1. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the legal relationshipbetween [Company Name] (registered office: [Address], registration number:[If applicable], tax number: [If applicable], hereinafter: Service Provider)and its clients (hereinafter: Client) regarding logistics, freightforwarding, and transportation services.
1.2. The Service Provider provides services under these T&C, includingFTL (Full Truck Load), LTL (Less Than Truck Load), and GRP (groupage)services.
1.3. These T&C are binding for all Clients utilizing the ServiceProvider’s services, including domestic and intra-EU internationaltransports.
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to transport goods safely and on timeto the addresses provided by the Client.
2.2. Services may include: - FTL (Full Truck Load) – full truckloadshipments - LTL (Less Than Truck Load) – partial shipments - GRP (Groupage)– consolidation of multiple clients’ goods
2.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to engage subcontractedcarriers for the performance of the transport.
3.1. Orders may be placed in writing, by e-mail, by phone, or via the onlineplatform.
3.2. The Service Provider confirms the order, and such confirmationconstitutes the formation of the contract.
3.3. Delivery times are agreed between the Service Provider and the Client.
4.1. Transport fees are determined by the Service Provider in the offer.
4.2. Payment is due against invoice within the period specified on theinvoice.
4.3. Late payment may incur default interest.
5.1. Risk transfers to the Client upon receipt of the goods.
5.2. The Service Provider is liable for damages during transport within thelegally defined liability limits.
6.1. Complaints must be submitted via e-mail or in writing within [X] daysof delivery.
6.2. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints within[Y] days.
7.1. The Service Provider’s liability covers direct damages arising from thetransport contract.
7.2. Late delivery, lost profits, or indirect damages are excluded fromliability.
8.1. The Service Provider is exempt from liability if contract performanceis prevented by a force majeure event.
9.1. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
9.2. If amicable resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to thecompetent court at the Service Provider’s registered office.
10.1. These T&C supersede all previous agreements.
10.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms andConditions.
